This is my test post; just trying some things out…


Oh, gelato…

Stracciatella, nocciola, riso…When I studied abroad in Italy two summers ago, I lived off this stuff. At the end of the day, especially after an exhausting field trip through ancient ruins, touring the Vatican, or admiring Caravaggios, all I wanted was my 1.50 euro cup of deliciousness from one of the ubiquitous gelaterias in Rome.

I found this recipe on Foodista. Perhaps I’ll try it sometime…
